Bosbie Cemetery is a Freeman's Cemetery located between Weston and Anna. Located in Collin County . I myself found this cemetery located on a long time family friends land. It is at the back of the Land, it is not accessible by any road, path or such. You have to gain permission from the land owner and drive through a field. According to Cemeteries of Collin County by Joy Gough "bosbie was a freedman's Community outside of Weston Texas with associations with Mugg Cemetery.
Please note the pictures on the website are the same as listed on this blog. its no coincidence. I submitted those to Cemeteries of Collin County. I am Lacey Russell : ) Also note the only readable stone is the first picture is one for an Amanda Frager, find a grave link is at the bottom. there are various unknowns and wooden markers in this cemetery. i estimate 8-10 people are buried here, maybe more.

My name is Bob McKnight. I visited this cemetery several years ago with Ben Choate of Celina. We were looking for a grave of one of his relatives by the name of Wilmington Choate. We found his readable marker and took pictures of it. He is buried here and died on August 7, 1873. If I remember correctly it was near the south end of this cemetery.
