Whoooooo Comes to my Cemetery. Owls and Taphophiles. .

 

I love owls, they are the messengers of the dead to the afterlife as well as sometimes said to inhabit graveyards and other places of desolation as well and ruin. They are creatures of the night , I collect Owls as a side project other than school and cemeteries. 

the bibles says on owls '

Isaiah 34:14 ESV / 

And wild animals shall meet with hyenas; the wild goat shall cry to his fellow; indeed, there the night bird settles and finds for herself a resting place. 

          The owl is a perfect representation of a taphophile one who wonders among the ruin of graveyards and visits the long lost and the forgotten. Sometimes these cemeteries are out of the way.. Such as Dumas Cemetery was. But sometimes peace and sanctity can lie in ruin as well.  Cemeteries are like a second home to me. I don't know about you but i could stay in the cemetery all day and find peace as well as tranquility. Cemeteries are home to me a lot as well as many other creatures and at night the owl .Owls animals that possess powers of mystery an ethereal quality that some cemetery posses themselves.
